Vibrating dryer

Has the ability to dry nanoparticles:
1. Using flow dispersion technology, indirect heating through the interlayer; blowing air to the powder with a special heater to completely dry the powder from the surface to the inside.
2. Directly spray and heat the powder to disperse and dry the easily coagulated nano-particle powder. Powder particle distribution range: 1 nm to 10,000 nm.
3. The dried nanoparticles can be completely recovered.

A wide drying range from low to high temperature enables:
1. Description of heating structure:
Use heating medium such as warm water, steam, heating medium for indirect heating; when the vacuum pump evacuates and reduces the internal pressure, evaporation and drying are performed at a low boiling point.
2. Heating temperature:
Warm water heating: 30℃～95℃
Steam heating: 105℃～175℃ (Type 1 pressure vessel cannot be used above 0.19MPa, and type 2 pressure vessel is required) Heating by heating medium device: up to 230℃
3. Due to the uneven temperature at the inlet and outlet of the ordinary dryer, the product cannot be dried uniformly; this machine uses decompressed steam to heat the steam, and the temperature is 65℃~105℃. Not only saves drying time, but also saves electricity bills.
